This forward thinking medium sized enterprise is currently looking for a Desktop Support Technician/ Desktop Engineer, who has a strong background supporting multiple external clients in a Windows environment. It is also vital that you possess a full clean driving license. The role will involve providing technical resolution to end user desktop support incidents and delivery of IT Projects. You will also be carrying out planned upgrades and change activities. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of XP, Vista, 7, Office 2003/2007/2010, Windows Small Business Server 2003/ 2008, Windows Server 2003/ 2008 (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, etc) Exchange 2003/2007, ADSL, Routers, Firewalls and VOIP.

The Job will be a 3months trial with a view to a permanent position.

All applicants will be required to undertake a CRB clearance check.

You must possess a driving license and have a minimum of 2 MCP qualifications in Windows server environments.
