Polycom 331 The 331 VOIP phone comes pre-configured and can be plugged directly into any broadband line for immediate use. Each 331 VOIP phone has 2 RJ45 ethernet cables at the back. One for connection to a LAN the other can be used to to connect a PC or other ethernet devices to your network. The dual ethernet connections make it an ideal candidate for use in call centres that require a hardware phone to be used in conjunction with PC based software.
